I am a fully qualified and accredited psychotherapist in Ireland, holding a first class B.Sc. (Hons) in Counselling & Psychotherapy. By request I offer sessions also in German.
Apart from MET, I offer Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), a new psychotherapeutic modality that is transformational, empowering and deeply healing; it works underneath the conscious personality and solely with body awareness. I am also qualified in Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy, a respectful and effective approach for healing trauma and attachment Issues that has roots in energy therapy. I solely work online.
